Doze si mod de administrare

Uz intern: dozele recomandate se amesteca cu o lingurita de miere. in cazul diabeticilor, administrarea se face pe o bucatica de paine.

Uleiul se administreaza timp de 7-14 zile. Cura se poate repeta dupa o pauza de 2 saptamani.

Uz extern: inhalatii, candela de aromaterapie, masaj, baie, comprese.

Compozitie

Ulei esential obtinut din partile aeriene ale speciei Mentha piperita (fam. Lamiaceae), care contine mentol, mentona, mentofuran, izomentona.
